Energy waste is accepted as truck loads. Energy waste loads of household customers (passenger car or van, trailer) are accepted as miscellaneous waste. Energy waste loads delivered by truck must be accompanied by a shipping document.
Items that belong in energy waste include, for example:
- wood that is not hazardous waste (does not contain impregnating agents, e.g. CCA or creosote)
- chipboard and hardboard, plywood
- glue boards, coated boards
- plastic (excluding PVC)
- wood-plastic composite
- packaging waste unsuitable for material recycling (e.g. polystyrene, Finnfoam)
- cardboard, carton and paper unsuitable for material recovery
- textiles
- wood fibre boards (wind shield boards, e.g. Haltex)
